Step 1:

Generate your DUO Bypass through Self Service.

1. Login using your Unity ID and password.
2. Answer your security questions.
3. Select Generate Duo Codes.
4. Copy one of the codes.

Step 2:

Once you have your codes, log into Moodle and paste the code into the DUO Bypass code box.
