Holmes Hall Policies and Procedures:
- Communicate to your instructor your intent to take exams at the test center. Students cannot schedule appointments until the instructor has submitted the exam details.
- Schedule your appointments at least 5 business days in advance; however, it is suggested that you schedule all appointments as early as possible, especially final exams.
- There are several locations where you could take your exams:
- Holmes Hall (limited seating – fills up quickly)
- Cox Hall (limited seating – fills up quickly)
- Centennial Campus
- Students arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to contact their instructor. Testers who arrive up to 20 minutes late will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled reservation.
- Students must cancel appointments as soon as they know they will not need to or will not be able to keep a reservation. Repeated no-shows may result in a student’s remaining reservations being canceled.
- The use of TI-Nspire™ calculators or any other device with similar capabilities such as file storage and internet connectivity is not permitted. However, the test center can provide calculators for students to use during their exam time.
- DRO does not provide parking.
Hours of Operation:
Regular Semester Proctoring Hours
- 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Final Exam Hours
- 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on regularly scheduled final exam days.
- DRO does not administer exams on Reading Day(s).
- Check the university’s final exam calendar if the date and time are not on your syllabus.
