Off-Campus Submit Request
Requesting an Off-Campus Proctor
Requests should be submitted at the start of the semester, a minimum of 10 business days before the exam.
DELTA Testing Services coordinates with several pre-approved site-based proctors. The map below shows the locations of pre-approved proctors. You are not required to use one of these proctors, but it may help expedite your request.
Step 1: Review Pre-Approved Proctor Locations
- Use the map provided to find pre-approved proctors near you.
- You are not required to use a pre-approved proctor, but it may speed up the approval process.
- Please refer to the guidelines page for information on who is eligible to serve as a proctor.
Step 2: Contact the Proctor
Contact the proctor directly to confirm they are willing to administer the exams and available on the date/time of your exam.Exception: If using Meazure Learning/Proctor U, skip this step and go straight to submitting the request form.
Step 3: Submit the Off-Campus Proctor Request Form
- Complete the request form online.
- If using Meazure Learning/Proctor U, select it from the top of the proctor drop-down list on the form.
- If your chosen proctor is not pre-approved, select “Other” at the bottom of the proctor dropdown and provide their contact information.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
- Allow up to 3 business days for your request to be reviewed.
You may check your request status online at any time.
Step 5: Exam Coordination
- Once your proctor is finalized, DELTA Testing Services will send exam materials directly to them.
Materials are typically sent 2–3 business days before the exam, but timing may vary depending on when instructors provide them.
Step 6: Schedule Your Appointment
- You are responsible for scheduling your exam appointment directly with your proctor.
- For any questions about appointment times, fees, or location, contact your proctor (not DELTA Testing Services).
